Our Story
Mr. Rajesh Vyas, at the age of 26, entered the construction industry by working with his brother, Mr. Girish Vyas, from the year 1993. With his rich experience of 6 years in the construction industry, he found his inner entrepreneur and he started his own company called “Vyas Buildcon Private Limited” in the year 1999.
He had successfully completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, but his passion was in real estate. His formative years in the construction industry were spent gathering as much knowledge as he could from the bottom up. He invested most of his free time by visiting on-going sites and gained valuable experience about the do’s and don’ts of this industry. Over a period of 20+ years, Mr. Rajesh Vyas along with his highly skilled team has successfully delivered about 3.5 Lakh sq. ft to our esteemed customers. Our projects span the cities of Pune and Nashik.
Over the past few years, Vyas Buildcon has created a stronghold in the Kothrud area of Pune City for redevelopment. Redevelopment is a process of providing existing homeowners with a new apartment with a larger area and all the latest amenities in the same place. Vyas Buildcon along with its sister companies of Sufal Constructions, Sufal Associates, and Vyas Infra Projects LLP are under the banner of “Rajesh Vyas Group”.
